This is a very specialist service offered by one of the worlds leading sports injury biomechanists/Podiatrists. Clifton has treated 15,000 athletes over twenty years from all over the world. The session takes 2.5 to 3 hours and involves a detailed digital computer gait analysis where you are recorded from both sides front and back and analysed using the latest software.

It also involves a series of pressure plate scans to assess the timing of heel lift and knee flexion symmetry. Clifton's theories involve aligning the body centre of gravity/centre of mass over the sacral base (base of the spine), which improves both upper body efficiency and increases lower limb function and speed.

Adult assessments cost £240

Children's assessments take an hour and cost £160

Orthotics cost £229 and are manufactured by hand in the Sub-4 laboratory ON THE DAY.
