Level 1 Assessment

The Level 1 assessment is suitable for most people. This assessment has a focus on postural asymmetry and understanding of the musculoskeletal adaptations that increase tissue stress in the body. It is suitable for any age with muscle, joint and lower back pain, or post-trauma injury.
• A detailed clinical assessment of your posture.
• An assessment of your leg length and pelvic function using a Digital Pelvic Inclinometer (DPI) innovated by Sub-4.
• A detailed assessment of your footwear.
• This is a quantitative and qualitative assessment using evidence-based practice.
• Duration: 1-Hour Cost: £100
• Your orthotics are made bespoke on the same day in our lab.
• Bespoke orthotics Cost £299 (Plus a second short pair free. Fees can be paid over 12-months at zero % interest).

Level 2 Assessment

The Level 2 assessment has all the features of the Level 1, however we have brought in a treadmill and pressure plate analysis to assess gait (the way in which you walk). The focus of the Level 2 assessment is also on movement patterns created by dysfunction, leg length inequality and adaptations in the body. This assessment will identify the movement pattern that actually causes your pain.

1. Motion Metrix 3D (Marker-less) – Running gait analysis with report.
2. Injury Risk (IR) Prediction – Identifying current & potential tissue stress (over-use) locations. This protocol was innovated by Clifton for St. George’s Park.
3. Pelvic Adaptation Analysis – Quantifying pelvic adaptation to asymmetry in skeletal structure using the Pelvic Equilibrium Theory (C. Bradeley) & Digital Pelvic Inclinometer (C. Bradeley). Posture sheet provided.
