Quadriceps Contusion, is bruise to the quadriceps and is known as quadriceps contusion, also known as a dead leg. Cause usually, from an impact to the quadricep muscle.

This is a frequent occurrence in contact sports such as rugby and football and is characterised by a bruise located in the quadricep muscle on the front of your thigh.
