Patellar Tendon Rupture , Patellar tendon rupture is a tear of the tendon that connects the knee cap (patella) to the tibia. Usually there is sudden pain and walking becomes very difficult. The patella tendon is a fibrous band of tissue running from the bottom of your kneecap to your shin bone
A complete tear will leave your leg feeling weak and you will be unable to straighten it, it will not get better on its own.
