Over Pronation
An easy way to check if you overpronate, is to look at the bottom of your shoes for signs of wear. If you see most of the wear is on the inside sole near your heal and near your big toe, that’s a good indication that you overpronate.
Over Pronation , is when your foot rolls inward as you move. When you overpronate, the outer edge of your heel hits the ground first and then your foot rolls inward onto the arch.
Sub-4 Manufacture over pronation insoles, referred to as orthotics. You can actually buy over pronation trainers but it is better to have then custom made as your feet are unique in size and shape.
