Morton’s neuroma, is a painful condition felt in the ball of your foot. It effects the common plantar digital nerves that run between the long bones (metatarsals) in the foot.

It most commonly affects the nerve between the third and fourth metatarsal bones sometimes involves a thickening of the tissue around the nerves leading to your toes causing a sharp, burning pain in the ball of your foot.

  • Feeling like a small stone is stuck under your foot
  • Possible tingling or numbness in their foot.
