Following on from the great success of the ‘Biomechanics Academy’, Sub-4 will shortly be offering a comprehensive list of CPD courses, which will be conducted from our newly built Health & Human performance centre.

Our new training and education suite seats thirty delegates, who will be able to learn in a state of the art lecture room. Courses will be both power point based and very practical making full use of our new biomechanics lab; physiology lab and rehabilitation gym.

Some courses will make use of the outside sports facilities including grassed football rehab pitch.

For those that have travelled a long distance, you will be able to book into our luxury bedroom suite, where you may wish to stay over night and extend your learning experience.
